Q1: How long does it take to fully charge HINERSOUND K20?

A1: It takes about 2 hours for fully charging.

Q2: What is HINERSOUND K20's playtime with a full charge?

A2: 12 hours at Kids modes at 60% volume.

Q3: How do I connect HINERSOUND K20 with another device?

A3: HINERSOUND K20 will automatically connect to the last paired device when turned on. If you would like to pair it with a different device, use one of the following methods:

1. Turn off Bluetooth on the device you were connected to so that HINERSOUND K20 enters pairing mode. Then connect to the second device via Bluetooth.

2. If you prefer not to turn off Bluetooth on the first device. Pause the first device's play, and long press "+" and"-" simultaneously for 2 seconds to make HINERSOUND K20 re-enter pairing mode. You will find HINERSOUND K20 in the second device's list of available Bluetooth devices. 

Q4: Does HINERSOUND K20 support multi-point connection?

A4:  Yes. When connecting the first device, Pause the first device's play, and long press "+" and"-" simultaneously for 2 seconds to make HINERSOUND K20 re-enter pairing mode. Find HINERSOUND K20 in the second device's list of available Bluetooth devices. Connect HINERSOUND K20 with the second device.
Then manually reconnect HINERSOUND K20 to the first device. 

Q5: What should I do if HINERSOUND K20 does not power on?

A5: Try using a different charging cable and a certified wall charger with at least a 5V/1A output to charge HINERSOUND K20 for 2 hours, then long press the power button for 2 seconds to turn it on.
